BASKET  CLEANING

order5.jpg

From review of this Website, you can understand the benefits of maintaining a clean basket in order to keep the periphery openings clear.  Just like improper duct sizing or lint build-up, a plugged basket will stiffle airflow, which in turn will lengthen dry times and reduce drying efficiency.

Most of us have our maintenance people grind and drill to clean off plastics that have melted to the inner drum.  However, this is a time consuming and difficult process that typically yeilds limited benefit.

A new process is currently being looked at by many of the major industrial and healthcare launderers.

DRY  ICE  BLASTING

Bill Finley, West Coast Ice Blasting, and 'Textile Rental' have put together a very informative article regarding this new cleaning process, which is available for viewing, below.  Not only is Bill promoting his patent-pending cleaning process, but he may be interested in franchising to qualified companies throughout North America.  I can put you in touch with Bill, if you are interested in either.
